  • While I agree with others when it comes to this place being a nice hotel with a good location, I can only give it one star. You see, we were hoping to be asleep before 10:30pm, but that's impossible when the courtyard is rented out for sorority and fraternity formals. Hotel, you are supposed to a place to get a good night's sleep, but you FAILED at that job. We asked if they could give us a different room. Nope, booked. We asked if there was a party on our second night, and the front desk told us no. Yet, here we are on night two with the bass vibrating the walls in our 4th floor room. There are only 5 stories. Everyone's feeling it. When there isn't a party going on, you can hear folks sliding their kitchen chairs in and out. Ah, that's what that one reviewer was talking about when he mentioned the floors... If you like to sleep when you stay at a hotel, look elsewhere. Parking is also valet only, and $18/ night.
