  • I rarely give 5 stars to a business but feel compelled to in this case. I have been with Hatfield Family Medicine for more than a year, and I have never had such a pleasant and supportive PCP and staff. I am confident that I will be treated with respect and kindness. The medical support staff has been very sensitive to my concerns, and my PCP is encouraging and friendly. It is easy to be open with her and I never feel judged, chastised or rushed. She is proactive in recommending tests and lab work to ensure I'm in good health. The front office has been unfailingly polite and professional, whether dealing with insurance, scheduling appointments or authorizing pharmacy refills. This is the first time I've had a primary care doctor that I don't feel some dread going to see! I really can't understand any negative comments, as they are *the exact opposite* of my experiences with this clinic.
