  • First of all I had to wait a long time for the young lady to come out from the back, then she announced to me she was there all alone, not a great idea on her part. I love pecan pies, have been baking them since I was a little boy but they are over there selling them fake pecan pies!! I specifically asked the young lady if it was a real pie with pecans throughout, not just a layer on top of some filling. She assured me it was so I took her word for it and purchased the pie. Got home, sliced a piece of that pie and of course there was just a small layer of pecans on the top of the pie!! They flavor was just OK. I've had better pies from supermarkets.
