What a disappointment this place is. It's 2018, the number one thing that everyone is looking for is a place to plug their devices into charge and this place has almost none. It's almost like they intentionally tried not to add them in places that would make sense. If you're here, go stand looking at the starbucks and witness the outlets on the wall where no one can reach them. I'm sure the idea was to add a monitor there or something, but alas there is none and so there's a outlet to nowhere.
I'm also mystified as to how every single bathroom sink had at least one soap dispenser that was empty. It's the middle of the day, there's a conference here, why is there no soap?
I did wonder if some of this was a consequence of the management folks I saw that looked to be about 25.
I also wonder why there's almost no seating outside of the eating area. It's strangely vacant at places you'd think people would want to sit down for a minute.
For such a great convention town, this center doesn't do Charlotte justice. A lot of the building is in some state of disrepair and needs to be updated.
