  • I will not be going back to the tire department in Surprise. I have had sub par service on more than one occasion. I will be switching to any other valley Sam's or Discount Tires. Life is too short to endure poor customer service. I recently went to Sam's Club - tire department and got the worst service from Clay. He was rude and condescending. Fortunately the gentleman that returned my keys ended up saving the day. He provided true Customer Service. Caleb was extremely helpful. He addressed the issues and he was polite.
