rev:text	I had such a bad experience at Norris Air I can not believe there in business. I was lied to more than once and customer care is non existence. I talked to the owner and she lied to my face repeatedly so I walked out of there completely dumbfounded. Luckily there are lots of AC companies out there. I strongly would never recommend this company to anyone and to think there a family owned company,,,wow complet disgrace.
