  • DO NOT BUY A MATRESS FROM HERE!! My husband and I recently purchased bedroom furniture from here and on the same visit while purchasing a queen mattress we ended up buying ourselves a new king mattress since we were well overdue on replacing ours. The manager of the department helped us and stated that if we purchased a specific mattress we would get the queen set for free because of a promotion that was going on. So we thought, "what a great deal lets do it!" We laid on the king mattress several times, with pillows, and also laid on a few others... It was soft and comfortable, not too soft as it was a firm mattress but enough for comfort. We proceeded with all our purchases, spent a few thousand, and picked a delivery date and signed our paperwork....Signed on our end thinking it was for the purchase.....NO fine print was disclosed to us or important info that we later would find out. Well.....here we are 2 weeks later and my husband can't even sleep in our bed. He has too much pain from it because it is ROCK hard, NOT firm as the one we laid on in store...HARD!! And yes we are aware it has to be broken in but this was a completely different firmness. We went into the store a week ago, so 6 days after our purchase to request an exchange, as almost ALL mattress stores back there mattresses or have a trial period and when I called customer service on the phone they told me we had a 90 day trial window, and they told us there was nothing they would do for us and will NOT allow us to exchange it because the ONE specific mattress we bought was FINAL SALE....and we signed the paperwork....FUNNY...Not one salesman nor the manager of the department once told us or made us aware that this would be the case if we bought it... They simply highlighted the promotion. Pretty sure this is a major point to make your paying customer aware of. Hannah in customer service at this location was useless, basically kept saying, "well you signed the paperwork...I can pull it out and show you!!" UUUMMMM REALLY... because you read ALL the fine print on every paper when you purchase a car... I trusted that my knowledgeable salesman could at least give me the courtesy of telling me that I would not have the same guarantee on this purchase as any other one would. She basically shut us up by stating she would send a technician to our house to evaluate the mattress...Well he came, looked at the 1 uncovered corner of my covered bed and barely laid 1 hand down to feel it for half a second....Was called today to be told that the technician found NOTHING wrong with the mattress during his thorough evaluation:/ and that there is nothing that will be done for use, no exchange or anything... BASICALLY, thanks for your money but we don't really care how you feel, that you can't even sleep in your new mattress or enjoy you $1700 purchase. Thanks for making sure your customers are happy and thanks for backing your products...NOT!!
