I regularly go to this Tim Hortons drive-thru and order
I handed the drive thru attended a $20 bill my total was $1.90 the bill flew out of his hand and he than told his supervisor it flew out of my hand! The supervisor was not willing to give me my money back as per the cashier error... than asked me to pay for my tea....
Supervisor than tells me she has no power to give me my change or money back
Didn't give me my beverage than asked me to come back in morning to see owner and they will maybe give me my money back
This is unacceptable it was a 5.00 bill it was 20.00
I'm am sicken at the service I have received from a company I frequent on a daily bases
The owner Mark didn't sympathize and the employees brushed it off like nothing and pass the blame
