  • This review is concentrated mainly towards the bistro area of the hotel. My wife and I ordered breakfast and our orders came in so late we almost left to go and checkout. My wife's food came out and was not cooled to order, and the waitress totally forgot about my order and I had to go speak to the woman at the register to find out what happened to my food. The waitress comes out and gives me half of my order (I ordered the morning scamble) and when I ask about the potatoes that came with the order, she simply told me to move the potatoes off of one plate that looked like someones elses order and move it to mine. On top of that, she gave me regular toast instead of wheat toast. Staff was out of wack, service was worse than poor, and I would not recommend getting any sort of breakfast from this place. You could save your money going somewhere else for breakfast than this trainwreck.
