IKEA sure knows what they're doing! It seems that every time I enter that big blue building, I leave a couple hundred bucks poorer.
"Do I really need that?" is a question I often find asking myself. "No, but I'm buying it anyways" is always the response.
They wind you through this crazy maze of trendy looking furniture until you get dizzy and then your mind starts creating all these amazing looking rooms in your house.
Once you make it through the showroom stage, you enter the impulse buy area. Its where all the cool little items are located.
On this last trip, I bought a mirror, a couple lamps (buy bulbs elsewhere), and 4 or 5 smaller impulse items. The lamps work as expected and look nice but feel cheap which is pretty standard with IKEA products.
Overall, it was a nice little Saturday.
