  • I don't remember the name of the guy that came to our house, but he was very nice. Called when he was on his way, and even came a little earlier than planned. The only reason I'm giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because he didn't move the recliner and changing table in my baby's room to clean under them. If anything, I feel like if he couldn't move them then I should have been offered the opportunity, rather than leaving it. There is also a small spot at the top of our stairs that was missed. Otherwise, the carpet looks great, and even better than expected considering what our dog had done to it.
