  • This is an appraiser to avoid...total idiot and costs a lot too. He used Net Value Central to pull comps on a straight sale...NVC is not even an accurate. I have had 15 appraisals in the last year and all use IMAPP for comps and I have never seen NVC used. He valued the price per sq ft well below the MLS for a move in ready fully remodeled house in a nice greenbelt. Again...total idiot...avoid him if you can or plan to order another real appraisal.
