I have shipped from this location several times, and they are usually expedient and helpful. However, I recently received a little different experience than I have in the past. I wanted to purchase a couple boxes but was unsure of the sizes, so I was quoted prices which was very helpful. But then I was asked what was I shipping, and I said hand me down clothes for a less fortunate family with small children out-of-state. I was then asked why I just don't send the cash instead of paying for shipping? Duh? Isn't this a shipping place? I was then told, "I've seen a lot of people make a lot of stupid mistakes!" Another DUH!!! Implying I'm stupid? Hmm... Maybe I'll try a different location instead.
Customer Service class should be mandatory!
