  • I have a love hate relationship with S&R- on the one hand, they have a phenomenal beer list and the open air seating in the summer is just lovely. On the other hand, the food is god awful. Like, the worst in Toronto. Or at least it's up there. Cheese croquettes are just balls of fried nutmeg paste, potato pancakes are bland and gritty, and the poutine tastes inexplicably strange. Don't order food here, really. It's just not worth it.
