  • I ordered a dishwasher from CAS because it matched other big store's sale price, and because it could be available in stock sooner than the other stores. I liked being able to select the delivery date online, myself. It arrived ahead of schedule, and I was promptly advised that it was ready for delivery. I am particularly impressed, however, with the delivery company consigned by CAS. OVATION went through much inconvenience to accommodate my narrow availability for delivery. They really went the extra ten miles on that one. Note: The day before delivery I called early in the day before delivery scheduling had been made, and requested the morning 4-hour window. I would have greatly preferred that option when selecting delivery days, but it isn't an option, obviously because they have to plan their routes on efficiency and not random preference. Anyway, they mixed it up to a late afternoon delivery, but through perseverance, they kept working on it to meet my morning preference. It was the first delivery of the day, then they went a far distance to the originally scheduled first delivery. But they made good on their word, which is really impressive. Thank you OVATION!
