Like the other actual clients reviews my experience with Lynette was very similar.
*Do not believe the "Genbook" reviews as they are very suspicious in that of 174 reviews they are all 5 star and NONE list an actual client name - there is an option to post your name. I left a one star review on Genbook months ago and it has NEVER been posted. Lynette makes you book your appointments through Genbook. I'm curious if there is some rigging going on. Seeing that of 10 reviews on Yelp, several are negative. Do the math, does it add up?
Save your money and go elsewhere for any service offered by Lynette. She is a dizzying, fast talking, high pressure to buy products mess. She will pressure you to buy expensive products and to leave her a tip. Who tells clients to leave them a tip?
She was late to every appointment. Took personal calls during my appointment. She seemed all over the place which felt suffocating considering her rented room in the tiny salon is the size of a shoe box (for flats, not heels).
Onto the actual laser treatment. $200 Groupon (Plus those tips) for six IPLs...worthless. I, like the other clients, had to combine multiple treatments at a time and still saw absolutely no results. Why advertise 5 or 6 IPL treatments if you're really selling 2 or 3? I've had IPL treatments in the past and saw a difference with each visit. Not here. Felt like I got scammed.
