  • I too wish I could give zero stars..I saw this dr a couple yrs ago..leslie jacobs..she was very business like..and ordered tons of tests except for what I went in for..I kept questioning it and the nurses? told me the dr required it as she'd never seen me before. So I figured they'd get to my actual problem which was a hip leg pain. They finally took an xray and recommended a specialist. I went to the dr they recommended snd he was a shoulder specislist?? He seemed puzzled as to why I was there and tried to help me but said I should really see a hip specialist and get an mri which he could order and just happened to be at their facility. In the meantime I called her office to find out why they had sent me there..the girl told me they had a list of names the dr used but that my insurance didn't cover them so she just looked one up. Are you serious?? When I asked to speak to dr jacobs they told me I has to make another appt. Then the bill came and there were things I'd been charged for that I never hsd done..I spend months w their billing dept trying to get it fixed. ..it was an endless loop. I called tge dr....wrote her..she never responded and then they wouldn't give me an appt unless I paid the bill first which I refused because it was wrong. So they held all the test results too...wouldn't tell me anything. I would never go there or recommend it. The only reason I'm reviewing it now is yelp wasn't around then and a friend recently asked me about her...it drudge up my experience there. Hopefully they improved but by the current reviews. It doesn't sound like it. Btw becauae of the screw up w the specialist I was unable to get the mri as my insurance ended that Dec and it was then considered a prior .
