The staff is so efficient probably the most efficient facility I've ever seen as far as running on time!
Unfortunately my regular physician's office did not give me the paperwork ahead of time but the staff was friendly enough to give it to me today and be patient with me filling it out as I was in extreme pain when I arrived.
The front desk staff got my chart up right away even though I was still filling out paperwork!
The RN that was in charge of my care was patient with me while changing she realized I was in a lot of pain, and was a bit slow. She put my little booties on my feet, and got a blanket for me and wrapped it around my shoulders.
I was very worried because most RNs have a hard time giving me an IV, but mine was superb today and hit it on the first try no human pin cushion here!
They were willing to call my ride when I was ready which is unlike many other facilities that put you out.
In the surgical room the staff was efficient and ready to go in plenty of time for the doctor to arrive.
The only reason for not getting five stars is probably not the facilities fault but more the anesthesiologist fault. He did not introduce himself to me bad PR move.
Dr Dzung performed lumbar spinal injections for me and I was out even though he only uses conscious sedation!!
He is so kind and I appreciate that he is willing to travel to this facility for patients using Medicare, culinary, and Nevada co-op insurance.
One more thing that I would add is that in the pre-op area they need some music for the patients in there it was quite boring! Something simple and soothing as far as music would help relax the patients before they go into the operatories.
