  • I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I am not through dealing with this company, however, I can say at this point that I will never work with them again. I can only imagine what it will be like when we finally get our pod back. Prior to dropping the pod off we specifically indicated that our box needed to be picked up Monday as our house was closing and would no longer be our property. After two phone calls confirming this pickup date, we were told today that in fact our pod would not be picked up until Thursday. When trying to explain to the female over the phone, she displayed not the slightest bit of empathy, rather, she proceeded to ignore our concern and we are now left with having to explain to the person buying our home that an incompetent company is responsible for this large storage pod that is occupying his driveway. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Absolutely terrible customer service. Spend the extra money on a reputable company who backs up quality product with quality service.
