  • I love this place! Usually I am greeted and given expert advice on new products and such. Well today I was there only customer in the store, and yes I was greeted by a friendly associate! But... That was the extent of it. I asked her a few questions about a major natural haircare brand, simple questions. Like the difference between two different curl butters and to every question she answered "I'm not sure, I don't use that". I wasnt sure if she made the comment because it's a hairline for ethnic people, or what, but she was not helpful at all :( Honestly I would have bought more products but I just needed some suggestions. Also, since I was the only one in the store it would've been nice if she would've come over to where I was to help me out, instead of looking the other way and having me talk loudly to her all the way at the register every time I had a question. I will still shop at Sally Beauty, love their buy one get one sales, but this was just a bad visit. I would normally give them 4 stars, or 5 if I get a really helpful salesperson.
