  • We spotted here after dinner at Chipotle, being that it's right next door, we knew we had to check it out. Since it was our first time, I asked the friendly greeter/sample master if it was possible to try all the flavors. He patiently dispensed the middle levers on all the machines (smart as the middle lever is the swirl of two flavors) for us. Yes it is different that you are not able to sample the froyo yourself such as at Cherry Berry or Menchies. However, you can clearly taste why they are so protective of their product. The texture is creamy and smooth, almost like a custard, but the flavor is distinctively frozen yogurt; tart without the richness of traditional ice cream. It was a very refreshing treat. I believe it was $0.47 per ounce. The also had two machines serving up fresh Mmmm. smoothies (tropical flavor and the other one was banana and peanut butter) for a fixed price of $4.99. They had some interesting toppings like captain crunch cereal and cake pieces. I can't decide if my fave was the coconut or the Ghirardalli chocolate
