| - First, we bought over $10,000 in furniture from the Chandler location almost three years ago. Though I ordered it, most items took about ten weeks to be delivered. And I had to go pick up the last two items that were not in for another eight weeks. I chose LaZyBoy due to the great warranty program they offer! Come to find out, BOGUS!! The 'scotch' guard on the furniture to protect it ... NOPE!! The leather like fabric they tell you is the best, has a residue on it. The recliner mechanical parts are under warranty for years! That is what they say, BUT, the mechanical stopped working on one of our reclining chairs of our sectional couch ... they will repair the part, but for a PRICE!! First there is an $80 TRIP CHARGE!!!! Then, there is a $60 per HOUR labor charge!! So, the $5600 recliner that should be under warranty, you still have to pay this company more money!!! Wait, I am not done, the same recliners have the stuffing coming out of where they sewed together in some areas, it does not show unless you recline the seats and look under (as I do when I vacume under each of the recliners, I have sewed parts back together ... the rug we bought, has been coming apart. Two months in, the rug start fraying and they repaired, but it keeps happening!! And the pillows zipper broke on one (I fixed myself). The two love seats are the only thing I still love!! So, out of everything I purchased ... spending over $10,000 ... I would tell anyone purchasing from them, think twice, understand the warranted items (still need to pay to get fixed!) and know that they are not very friendly in the customer service department!!
