One word: nasty!
After a four hour continuous, non-stop drive our tour bus stopped for lunch returning to the Empire State as soon as we crossed the U.S.A. Border.
Disorganized line for ordering and picking up orders leads to chaos beyond a war zone just like any other McDonald chain fast food. My order was a simple request: one double cheeseburger; one side salad; one small orange juice; and one small Coke Cola. The cashier could not handle pressure or properly multi-task as she completely misunderstood my order for TWO double cheeseburgers! While I was waiting I glanced at the receipt I noticed two double cheeseburgers were orders rather than one.... the cashier needs to have her ears checked! She then gave me a refund for the extra double cheeseburger, and utter shock with my own eyes I saw her discard my receipt/order! My order came without any drinks which I had to physically show the cashier the receipt that my Mom and I order a small orange juice and a small Coke Cola.
The quality of food equates to the service which is downright nasty. McDonald's is the perfect example of "Fast Food Nation: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal" directed by Richard Linklater in 2001.
