  • I visited this location for the first rime, a few weeks ago. I was so nervous going in for my first service. The front desk girl was easy going and didn't lie about my service hurting, I liked the truthfulness coming from her. She was able to accommodate an appt right away for me! Awesome that usually NEVER happens. I had my appt with Amber. She was so kind and friendly! Throughout the service, I told her how nervous and scared I was and she calmly talked me through it and made the experience a lot better for me. She explained every step, everything she was using, individual tongue depressors, and continued talking as the wax was taken off! I loved it. She even let me look at the hair, GROSS! Lol But overall, everything with Amber was amazing. You feel comfortable and at ease. If you're going in for your first wax, or you 100th wax, go to her!! I love her!
