  • Far exceeded my expectations. The best customer service I've experienced in quite some time. I dealt with Ryan who was absolutely superb in every way imaginable. I found One Stop Mobility online with a Google search - had no prior knowledge of them. Made a phone call and Ryan answered. He answered all of my questions (and I do ask a lot of questions). I was renting a lift chair for my father who is 1,600 miles away in Mesa, AZ. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and compassionate to my situation. We were able to handle all the paperwork via emails which meant the chair could be delivered the very next day. Ryan was even involved in the delivery and made sure my parents were happy with the chair. My parents were equally impressed with the professionalism shown to them. And my father loves the chair - it is helping him a great deal right now. Yelp would only allow me to select 5 stars but I would give One Stop Mobility a 6 since they went above and beyond.
