  • I have gone to this location twice so far and neither time has been enjoyable. This office gets really busy and that's fantastic, however sometimes patient care gets ignored when offices become this busy. The front office staff are very sweet, and the medical assistants are sweet. My doctor that I most recently went to was great. My issues here is getting a hold of this office. Their hours listed online are not accurate. Anytime I call they're either close, on lunch, or their systems are down. I called a week ago and apparently their systems have been down. The way the receptionist answered the phone was beyond shocking! "Hi, can you call back in a few hours?".... I'm like "uhh yes ok, thank you"... I called back in a few hours, "Hi, can you call back in 4 hours our systems are down"...I say, "Yeah, of course no problem"... I wait 3-4 hours and call them back and there is this lady that picks up the phones after hours and she tells me their office is currently closed. WHAT??!?! Mind the fact their of the receptionist even introduced the company or provided a valid explanation on what's going on. I can never get a hold of them.. I won't be doing business with this company ever again. It's a shame because it's a nice office and has some friendly folks that work here.
