  • The food was excellent, when it finally arrived, but the very, very long delay between ordering and service (without any helpful communication from the waiter) almost ruined the evening. But the restaurant came through and made a great save. First, when I complained about the long delay they pretty quickly had several staff members start bringing out the food (we were a large party). Second, (as I mentioned before) when the food finally did arrive it was delicious. And last, they apologized for the service problem and presented the table with a complimentary dessert. While I was waiting for the food and getting steamed up about the delay and the missing waiter, all I wanted to do was whip out my phone and post a one star review, but the great way the restaurant corrected the problem earns them four stars from me. I'd even go 4.5 if I could, but I have to deduct something from five stars because of the original problem.
