  • Stopped in The Spotted Owl tonight after dinner in Tremont. To say i was impressed with the knowledgable and friendly staff would be an understatement. The owner, Will really takes the time to get to know every patron and specially crafted drinks for us based on our favorite flavors and preferences. Its clear that the staff here loves what they do and take pride in their work. Can't wait to go back!
