  • If it were possible to have 0 stars, that's the rating Almico Properties would receive. **PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!! Save yourself the headache from Almico Properties in Lakewood! Let's start from the beginning.. Andrea the leasing agent is a doll. She is very attentive to the tenants and tries to get back to you through email or phone call as promptly as possible. Everything/everyone else needs help! The Lakewood building is a cute, quaint spot for a starter apartment for a reasonable price ($575) but PLEASE DO NOT LET THE LOOKS FOOL YOU! This place is a bug's paradise! They have a sign out in the lobby stating the dates for their annual bug spray (roaches, & bed bugs in my unit which we were not aware of) ! The owners cannot CARELESS about their tenants, Kelli is quite rude and lacks compassion whereas her husband seems to be a bit more understanding since he's on the property more often than she is. Just save yourself the headache. Find another apartment, thoroughly read their reviews, pay the extra price if you have to! Don't settle because it's in "Lakewood" with a "good price". SO MUCH MORE I CAN GO ON ABOUT. PLEASE, save yourself the headache!
