  • This is my go to ramen place in Las Vegas. Over the many times that I have dined here, I have tried most of the ramens here. My favorite being the spicy miso. The broth is always flavorful. The spicy miso is not overly spicy. It has a nice bite to it. The chashu is not as melt in your mouth/bowl as Monta's but it isn't the main draw for me. The noodles are perfect with their slight chewiness and the nitamago yolk as always deliciously creamy. Definitely my favorite of the ramen restaurants in town.
