  • Don't bother making an appointment because they don't respect or honor appointments here. No one writes down the appointments or names, so don't expect to get your nails done at all. The first time, I made a appointment for 5:00pm, arrived at 10 to 5 and sat--fully ignored--for 40 minutes. Foolishly, I tried again, and the exact same thing happened. If they ask you to "pick a color", run for the door, because you will sit and sit with no technician in sight. Really unprofessional and generally rude. Go to Salon Blanca on Liberty. It's beautiful and professional! Or try the Center Avenue behind Panera if you'd like friendly service. By the way, there's no price list posted here, so you have to just pay whatever they say.
