  • Once again the Mirage seems to be cutting corners. The addition of free beer/wine is nice, but you do have to get it yourself--along with any other beverages. The servers used to take your drink orders and keep your soft drinks refilled. Gone is a way to help them get more tips. Also the cooking stations are noticeably smaller than my last visit. There is a lot more empty wall space in between the stations. The salad station used to have an attendant that would assemble and toss salads to order. Gone. Mirage, if you are listening, please stop cutting staff positions!
