  • The Nines is really a nice place to live. I have an apartment here, and there is not much more I could ask for. A new company bought this place from California and made major improvements. Anything I need, they give me in time. It is the same as any big apartments. Same complaints from people and a whole bunch of stuff that doesn't need to be complained about. These apartments have an awesome pool, and awesome views of the Lake and Tempe! Great for the 4th and New Years. Also, if you're a loud person, this place is great for you because the buildings are made out of pure concrete, and you can make tons of noise without even hearing anything. Thank you!
