  • six months ago I bought a 3 car was groupon , every wash was done to the bare minum , basically they just ran it through the car wash and that was it for vip treatment , when asked to sweep out the leaves from the bed of the truck they grunted ,something not related to my request, lo and behold dried leaves all over the truck .. after three terrible excuses for mid range work I had the stupid idea that if I paid more they quite possible would do more work? ! wrong again , the fast talking pressure salesman told me my 34.95 full treatment would be better suited for me to be "wrote up" as an interior detail with a free $34.95 works vip wash , the exact wash I had requested.... .. two and half hours later ...what a f n mess , the interior got a basic miss shit type vaccum and a half hearted window clean , nothing else was touched , couldn't even see out the mess made on the windshield , had to pull over and re do it... the exterior was just as neglected , tire dressing caked into dried mud , and an inch thick , left the un touched wheel wells and 1/4 panels look like the exxon valdez hit me..... would highly recommend they hire a qc manager and someone to train these guys.... also the high pressure sales dude screwed me and the detailers by writing it up to suit what he scammed me into choosing , down right lied and stole my hard earned 60 bucks, bullshit company making profit by screwing the public..
