The upside is that they have good produce and have decent sales on Tuesday. When you need help getting your order at the fish and meat counters, it all falls apart. Ask for a specific amount and cut of salmon? Not possible, pick from what is already cut. Like some of that ground beef? Oh, we don't have as much as you want and I don't think we can make more. It can go on and on. Talk to the manager and he gets you what you wanted in the first place. Why the hassle? Lazy, inexperienced, poorly trained? All fixable but it doesn't happen.
