| - Lets start with the good first. The hotel itself is nice with attention to the details of the gardens and design. The Cirque du Soleil show is amazing! The fountains, still my favorite free show. By the way, you can experience all of these without even staying here!!
Now, the important stuff. The rooms. Well, I assume if you get the suites or fountain view rooms, they are bigger and nicer than the rest of the rooms on the other side, which is what we were given. A very typical hotel room. Nothing fancy really. And there must've been an event going on that weekend because we paid over $500 per night! NOT worth it.
The worst part of the whole experience was the customer service. I can't judge ALL of the staff based off my experience BUT, all it takes is one person. We booked our rooms through booking.com and when we checked out, our total was $300 more than what was quoted. So we spoke to the help desk JONATHAN and before he opened his mouth, I knew we were in trouble. Lack of eye contact, smug, rolling his eyes and just this arrogant demeanor made me realize that I never want to be back here again. Never. If Bellagio ever goes out of business, I wouldn't be surprised if JONATHAN is responsible. Come on, you're in the hospitality business!!!
On a side note, Andrew, the front desk manager (I assume) was very helpful, even though our quoted booking.com price was not matched. I still do not know if it was booking.com or Bellagio's miss.
Ultimately, would I stay here again? Only if it were stupid cheap.
