  • This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They do the towing for our HOA community and treat people who call like they're garbage even when asking simple questions like "why do I have a towing notice when I have a guest pass?". The woman I spoke with's name started with a "T" and she has the worst, most condescending attitude. She has no business dealing with people. I get they probably have to deal with a lot of confrontational people that are getting their cars repo'd but we live in a nice community, generally we are calling to ask about miscommunications (like when our HOA changed permit stickers and forgot to tell Ashley, not even the towing company's fault but the woman treated me like garbage because I asked if they received the email and if we were ok to park again).
