  • In theory, I love the concept of HMP. My friend was visiting Toronto for a weekend and we thought this would be a great pre-dinner out occasion. Prices are kind of insane, which we knew prior to going, but for a special occasion we were willing to splurge. But then we started with our pedis and my aesthetician went HAM on my cuticles. It was super painful at one point and I looked to see my entire big toe nail was bleeding around the edges! She quickly threw some sort of powder over it but it honestly has taken nearly a month for my toe to recover and it's not back to normal yet. Definitely not in the mood to spend $150+ to get butchered.
