  • Choose a different place, the HD live isn't worth it. Usually I go to Babies First but I wanted HD live so bad, I was willing to over price myself to get it. I went to the henderson location. I could write a book on how rude, and unprofessional the staff is. The receptionist automatically makes you NOT want to be there. Something about the energy she gives off is so unpleasant, like negative ions are just popping off of her. I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late, and she said it was fine. I walk in and she tells me they might have to reschedule since it's the techs lunch time. But they had an appointment after mine, because they decided since I wasn't there, they would just move on to another woman's appointment (which makes sense) but my scan was 5-10 minutes and hers was more like 20! So either way she would be working into her lunch time. (But they wanted to blame me, maybe try not to over book lol) They rescheduled me because baby wasn't cooperating. I couldn't make the appointment, so now I don't get a reschedule and I wasted all my money and didn't get ANY service I paid for. Also the ultrasound tech never smiled ONCE, wouldn't even look at me, and even walked away to the other room when I was trying to do pelvic tilts to get baby to move. I was so mad I wasted my money coming to this dump. I learned my lesson, I did good by paying babies first image for my gender check and 3D. But made a mistake with the HD hype. Paid for an HD scan and the tech never used it, and now they won't let me reschedule since its been longer than a week. Real professional huh? If I could go to small claims court and file against them, I would. They do not have the customer in mind AT ALL. This place isn't worth it.
