| - Although booking an appointment it was somewhat easy (except that I had to follow up 2-3 times to get a response), except when we finally got there it wasn't good.
Our appointment was for 1:30 and we got there at 1:35pm. We were told we had to wait a few minutes, which became 15 minutes. We started looking at both the bridesmaids and bridal dresses. A lady came to us and rudely told us to not pull any of the dresses (we weren't) but we were looking anyway.
It became 30 mins into our appointment, and after asking a few times, we were told that they cannot kick out the last bride that was taking longer than expected. I'm sorry, but every other bridal store adheres to their alloted time, and as respect for other brides, I believe that they should be sticking to the schedule.
Around 2pm, we noticed a group that came in after us took some dresses into the changeroom and tried things on. We were appalled, and asked more carefully about their appointment time etc. Turns out, they did not have an appointment and the consultant had confused us with them. I guess all Asian people look the same.
They did redeem themselves by kicking them out, and allowing me my turn. I came here specifically to look at Prenovias dresses, but there wasn't a lot.
I found a lot of dresses here wasn't hwat I was looking for. and disappointed the consultant wasn't able to pull anything of the style that I described. note, this is also my 4th bridal store and I felt really jaded.
The place was okay size, and there was one other bridal party there. I would say, if you were in the area, come and check it out.
