| - So I was the only one here and I started to think that there was no PA or physician on duty. When the PA finally came in, she asks,"so you have abdominal pain huh"? I cant really help you with that. And i have no imaging equipment here". This blew me away as I thought and tol d her that at the least I thought they had imaging even if the PA didnt know what was wrong. After checking me out for a bit though, she told me that she didnt know what the problem was. And then the awkward silence and staring continued. I asked for pain medicine at least and she advised that she couldnt provide that. So i decided to end the appointment here because she was so quiet and seemed like she was waiting on me to just leave so I said alrighty then, umm thanks. And she told me, "Sorry I couldnt give you an answer". So at this point I was $50 poorer, still in pain and received nothing in exchange for my money. I contacted Ms. Pendola, who is posted on the door to contact if you have a problem. She was nice enough, but ultimately I was told that I would not be getting a refund which I asked for, because they said it is reasonable that the PA advised me to go find higher treatment (which did not happen because nothing happened during that appointment that helped me.) So stay stay stay away from this Urgent Care business. Also, to anyone wanting to reply to this from FastMed, dont bother unless you are going to give me a refund, which is the right thing to do. You stole my money because you provided nothing in return or exchange. I didnt make a donation here, you stole my money.
