  • Laser hair removal: This place is a scam. Had laser treatments on my neck and chest. 9 treatments. Zero results. Staff is pretentious and condescending. The NP on staff (Brenda) said the lack of results were due to a hormonal imbalance and even went as far as to accuse me of using anabolic steroids (you would lol at this accusation if you saw me). Complete waste of money. Was severely burned during one treatment. The tech even said "oops" when she did it. She let the laser rest in one place for multiple zaps. I have a square scar on my chest that is perfectly matched to the dimensions of the head of the laser. I didn't make a big deal but when I raised a concern about lack of professionalism the management denied that it was caused by the laser (it bubbled and bled at the time of the treatment. It was very painful and the tech even acknowledged her mistake) and said it was due to my "hormonal imbalanced caused folliculitis". Please. This place is such a joke. Don't go here. Lots of pain and even more money wasted.
