| - I understand that sometimes it takes awhile for banks to get back with dealerships, that was not the issue, and not my complaint. I feel the generic response excused what really happened. We were left waiting while our salesman went to run the numbers. After over an hour waiting, while my sister went to find out what was going on, that we found out they didn't even run the numbers on the far I test drove. Instead they did it on 2 other cars I wasn't even offered, and both were manual when I specifically said automatic. And during the time my sister was at the desk, the "experience manager" rudely threw her job title around and suggested my sister abandon me at the dealership. Would you leave your sister, mother, or daughter some where with no guarantee way home? It wasn't until we left, realizing my pay stub was still there, and we had to return, did they run my numbers on the car I test drove. 3 times on 3 cars, 2 without my permission, and 1 after I stormed out. On top of that when I got my customer follow up phone call, I was asked if I enjoyed the Honda Fit I test drove. I drove a Nissan. Care lines idea of helping me? Trying to sell me a car at another location. Real classy guys.
