  • I bought 4 egg tarts and 4 coconut tarts (all same price) but one of the staff wouldn't offer a box. I said to her I got a box with 8 tarts last time so why not this time? staff said box only for egg tart, she said she can offer a box if I buy 2 more egg tarts. She was busy at the counter she asked me to grabbed 2 more , it's fine tho but when I ask for a small bread plastic bag so I can pack one tart for my son eat at school, but she said she can't since I got a box so I need to pay for a plastic bag ..what!!??? Her attitude was unbelievable , I believed she is not the owner coz she doesn't care about PEOPLE, she doesn't care about how to deliver a good service with a little thing... I should have returned my big plastic bag she had given for my box to exchange a small plastic bag :( Will never go back there for sure!!
