| - DO NOT TAKE THE RISK of living what is supposed to be a beautiful experience with this servicer! If i could put ZERO stars I would. I don't write reviews typically but i HAD to share my experience with this company because it was the most horrible experience in my life!
First of all, i had been longing to experience the grand canyon for years...This year i was surprised by my boyfriend that we were going FOR MY BIRTHDAY! I was so excited and happy about it, little did i know that we were in for the WORST surprise. So to get to the point, The Drivers Name was Eric, at first since i had no idea what to expect and as positive as i am i was taking everything all in as lovely, we rode through hoover damm, we later made a stop for lunch, and eric seemed to be a really cool tour guide. This was until we got to the first stop at the grand canyon where we were suppose to stay for only 30 min because our actual destination for the best view of the grand canyon was next and he said we would be there for 1 1/2 hr. Eric advised at our first stop that if anyone stayed behind, he would return in 30 min which is what it would take to drop people off at our final destination and return. Well unfortunately ME i Missed the bus for 1MIN!!i was running towards it and could see it pulling off, I was SOO close to make it. MY FAULT. I UNDERSTAND. So instead of walking around for 30 min to wait for his return WE stayed right at the stop where he advised he would return to pick up anyone who was left behind. we looked to our right and we weren't the only ones left behind, there was another guy from ukraine. We ALL waited there and 45 min had passed and we started to worry! 1hr 15min had passed and ERIC had not returned for us. We had in mind that after the 1 1/2 hr at the final destination everyone would get on the bus and head back to vegas. So we were panicking, WE DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO! and we had NO reception to call anyone. THIS ISNT THE WORST THOUGH, PLEASE KEEP READING. Luckily i found another driver, told him about the situation and he said couldn't take us because his bus was full, but then changed his mind and said he'd help because then wed stay there and get left behind. So we arrived at the final destination and at this point everyone who had came in my original bus was getting back on the bus to get home! I was in AWE, so i confronted Eric calmly. I told him we got left behind, and he said "it's not my fault you didn't make it back on time" shockingly i responded "i understand, but what would have happened to us if we would have stayed back there? you never returned." he got annoyed very quickly because people were watching, but i had to make him question his actions because this could have happened to ANYONE! and using i would guess tour guides would HEADCOUNT. and so i told him that, "You need to headcount because we weren't the only ones who go left behind" he then got furious and told me to shut up already and if i didn't get on the bus i would miss my ride home too!!!!! CAN YOU GUYS BELIEVE THIS!? I couldn't! i was so angry and paralyzed in shock that this bus driver/tour guide would be telling us this ON DUTY! i tried to express myself and told him "you have no right to say this, we PAID for our spots in the bus, and we didn't even get to experience the grand canyon, how dare you! I don't want to talk to you anymore, I'm going to get on the bus and am so ready for this to be over, so i continued to get on the bus, AND THIS GUY PUSHED ME OFF THE BUS AS IM GETTING IN!!! YES! HE PUT HIS HANDS ON ME AND PUSHED ME OFF, i HONESTLY WANTED TO CRY. I yelled at him and said don't you dare lay a finger on me again as i pointed my finger towards his face and then he grabbed my fingers tried to twist it!! my boyfriend not understanding english just what had just happened pushed him in shock and obviously he said a 2-3 bad words to him, and they were about to actually get into a physical fight because the bus driver became a complete fireball and would let go of us! he then yelled out to the other driver "richard" and said "richard! take these bastards home because they're not getting on my bus!" GUYS it was sad that people were watching and NO ONE reached out. We had no choice but to get back on the other bus and ride home. Tears coming down my face in shock of what had all happened, then reminded that this was my birthday experience and that i wouldn't get home until 11:30pm to do anything else...we left at 6am and it took all of my day. Richard was nice, and was also in shock..... i don't think he even knew what to say...I asked him for a number to call a manager and i got it. Called in to see if anyone would help, the manager who spoke to me seemed to not understand the severity of what had just happened. said he would write it down and send it to his customer service and i would get an email back in 5-7 business days....and that was it...no response since.....this was 3 days ago. FEB 5.
