  • Brought a brand new car to Al Paul. Left with small scratches all over the car. Not anything major or horrible, but enough to where you can see ridges in the sun. The car was never fully dried and when I returned home I had to use my sweatshirt to try and dry the rest off. They seem to reuse towels and the inside of the car had all of these nasty streaks from them. I'm borderline disgusted with this place and will never return. Brought the car to the manager the next day and he didn't care:(
