  • I used to love this bar. LOVE in all caps! I always looked forward to the Wednesdays and Saturdays. Two Saturdays ago, I had the worst experience at the bar. I first ordered a Mai Tai from a thin short bartender from the main bar and he didn't give me a token. When I politely asked him if BS West still gives out tokens, he slid one to me as if he was irritated I asked him about it. I vowed to never go back to that bartender again. I asked the next bartender for the same drink and he said that they don't have the ingredients to make the Mai Tais but I just recently ordered one. He also told me that my token was only valid for well drinks. I was incredibly disappointed in the experience. I brought my friend to the bar for the first time hoping for a fun and memorable experience but it was quite the opposite.
