Where to start..
On 3-22-17 did an internet deal, the car for my mother who was trying to get a new car after she retired I am 42, so we can say she is older and leave it at that. We agreed on a price for a white CR-V EX got there they wanted to sell us a black one then a red one, NO to both was told one would be there between the 25th and 27th so we put down $7000. Asked for the Vin so we could get insurance and other things done. Told the car would not arrive till April 16th not happy at this point trying to give benefit of a doubt asked 3 more times for the Vin, still nothing. Talked to Jill "Head of customer relations" several times. I PERSONALLY think Jill is doing the best she can after the sales end does whatever it takes to get you to buy, the finance person was passive aggressive and border line threatening. Happy to get out of there. They were to scan a copy of the credit to my card 3 days ago called today 3-31 and surprise no one took my call voice mail for the 3 people I tried to contact.
Found the car at Superstition Honda did the same internet deal agreed on a price the car was being cleaned as we pulled in got to do a walk around before doing paperwork I checked the time 1 hour and 5 min to buy it. Sales and Finance were both great. Honesty goes a long way in my family if Arrowhead had kept us in the loop we probably would have waited. Back to the good Superstition Honda helped get my mothers phone linked to the car did a full walk around explaining all the features and there are a lot.
Tried to call the finance manager and was hung up on!!!!!!!!!!!
After several calls finally got a copy of the credit. I guess better late than never. How ever never again with arrowhead hondq
