  • Much like Crystal W. they charged me from the airline and through flightnetwork. They issued a refund after they told me that the flight was no longer available (but it was) and then I was hit with a no show charge from the airline company when I didn't show up for my "Canceled flight". I spent countless hours on the phone with them and the airline company and since the airline company doesn't track the IP address of the transactions I couldn't get any refund back. FYI if kayak redirects you to this site - close your browser. It's a scam
