  • I was so impressed by the staff here. By far, one of the greatest customer service. They were able to accommodate my mother for an exam and glasses even though we only went for my father's appointment. They did all the work with the insurance and it was so easy. Their staff member, Jay, is amazing. She was so helpful! She spent so much time with us and she was very patient about it. She helped us with finding the most cost-effective pair of glasses and deals. She went through our insurance and explained everything. She made you feel really good about being there. She's so awesome! She makes me want to go back there and get a new pair of glasses and I definitely recommend her to everybody.
